For events that work with Close, you can provide your phone number when purchasing. This gives you access to the event and your digital tickets in the app. Even if you are without internet, you have your ticket(s) at hand.
What time do you have to be there? Where to park? Which measures apply? No stress! The app contains all relevant event information in a clear overview. Everyone in the group will receive updates and helpful reminders.
You experience events together, but buying and distributing tickets is often a hassle. With Close you can easily share tickets with friends by inviting them to your group via a special link. Made a mistake? Don't worry, you're still in charge.
Thanks to the app, you literally get closer to the event. Be surprised with nice messages from the organizer and chat with your group. With Close you will be prepared! Messages you send to each other are not visible to Close nor the event.

You buy tickets at one of our connected ticket-partners. Fill in your mobile number and you'll receive an invite by text or mail.
2. Download the Close app
Download the app and log-in with the same mobile number that you used for your ticket purchase.
3. You're done!
Yes! Your first event is waiting for you in the app. Invite your friends and share tickets using the special invite link.
